Located in the historic Postal Building in downtown Portland, this tenant improvement project houses the new James Beard Public Market campaign office headquarters.
Project consists of refurbishment and alterations of ground floor and mezzanine storefront commercial unit, and includes complete new finishes, electrics, new heating, HVAC modifications, new kitchenette/ break room, new mezzanine guardrail, and exposed brick walls. Construction was completed in four weeks.
